Objective: To explore the clinical effect of psychotherapy combined with laparoscopic radical prostatectomy for localized prostate cancer. Methods: 60 patients with localized prostate cancer admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with laparoscopic radical prostatectomy, and the observation group was treated with psychotherapy on this basis, which was better than the two groups. Results: before the intervention, there was no difference in SDS and SAS scores between the two groups (P > 0.05); after the intervention, the SDS and SAS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group (P < 0.05); there was no difference in intraoperative blood loss, hospitalization and operation time between the two groups (P > 0.05); the IPSS scores of the two groups before the treatment were not comparable (P > 0.05); compared with the control group, the IPSS scores of the observation group were significantly lower, and between the groups There was significant difference between the two groups (P < 0.05); compared with the control group, the quality of life score of the observation group was higher, and there was significant difference between the two groups (P < 0.05); at the same time, there was statistical significance in the comparison of nursing satisfaction between the two groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion : the clinical application of psychotherapy and laparoscopic radical prostatectomy can improve the prognosis of patients with localized prostate cancer.
