【摘要】目的 探讨马来酸咪达唑仑片对老年痴呆症伴睡眠障碍疗效的影响。
方法 本研究纳入对象为2018年2月~2020年2月86例老年痴呆症伴睡眠障碍患者，随机分为对照组与观察组，对照组给予盐酸多奈哌齐片常规治疗，观察组在该基础上给予马来酸咪达唑仑片治疗。治疗前后评估匹兹堡睡眠指数量表(PSQI)、生活能力量表(ADL)、简易精神状况检查表（MMSE）以及病理行为评分表(BEHA VE-AD)。
结果 两组治疗后PSQI评分显著降低，ADL评分、MMSE评分显著升高，且治疗后观察组各评分均优于对照组，(P<0.05)；两组治疗后BEHA VE-AD量表各维度评分均显著降低，且治疗后观察组显著低于对照组，(P<0.05)。
结论 马来酸咪达唑仑片辅助治疗老年痴呆症伴睡眠障碍不仅能有效提高睡眠质量，且能够提升患者的认知功能以及生活能力。

【Abstract】

[Abstract] Objective To discuss the effect of midazolam maleate tablets on the curative effect of Alzheimer’s disease with sleep disorder.
Methods Eighty-six patients with dementia and sleep disorders from February 2018 to February 2020 were included in this study as the subjects, and were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group. The control group was given donepezil hydrochloride conventional treatment, and the observation group was given midazolam maleate tablets on this basis. Before and after treatment, the Pittsburgh sleep index scale (PSQI), vitality scale (ADL), mini-mental state examination (MMSE), and Pathological behavior score (BEHA VE-AD) were evaluated.
Results After treatment, the PSQI score decreased significantly, the ADL score and MMSE score increased significantly, and the scores of the observation group after treatment were better than the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the BEHA VE-AD scale scores of each dimension were significantly reduced, and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group after treatment (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Adjuvant treatment of midazolam maleate tablets in Alzheimer's disease with sleep disorders can not only effectively improve sleep quality, but also improve patients' cognitive function and ability to live.
