激越是精神分裂症的一类高危症状，起病急、症状重、难预测，会对精神科病房带来极大的风险，因此，早识别、早干预，尽快控制症状显得十分重要。齐拉西酮作为新型非典型抗精神病药物，快速口服给药治疗对于缓解激越症状具有见效快、副反应少、安全、耐受等特点，可提高患者的生活质量及改善患者社会功能。

【Abstract】

Agitation is a high-risk symptom of schizophrenia. It is characterized by acute onset、severe symptoms、poor prediction，and is a huge risk to the psychiatric ward.It is very important to identify early intervention and control symptoms as soon as possible. Ziprasidone as the second generation of antipsychotic drugs，rapid oral administration for the relief of agitation symptoms has the character of quick onset、less adverse effects、high safety and well tolerated，which can improve quality of life and social function.
