【摘要】目的 探讨右佐匹克隆与艾司唑仑老年痴呆症伴睡眠障碍疗效比较。方法 本研究纳入对象为2018年2月~2020年2月86例老年痴呆症伴睡眠障碍患者,随机分为对照组与观察组,对照组给予艾司唑仑治疗,观察组采用右佐匹克隆治疗。治疗前后评估匹兹堡睡眠指数量表(PSQI)、生活能力量表(ADL)、简易精神状况检查表(MMSE)以及病理行为评分表(BEHA VE-AD),比较不良反应发生情况。结果 两组治疗后PSQI评分显著降低,ADL评分、MMSE评分显著升高,且治疗后观察组MMSE评分、BEHA VE-AD评分均优于对照组,(P<0.05),两组PSQI评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组治疗后BEHA VE-AD量表各维度评分均显著降低,且治疗后观察组显著低于对照组,(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率显著低于对照组(P>0.05)。结论 右佐匹克隆与艾司唑仑在改善老年痴呆症伴睡眠障碍疗效相当,但右佐匹克隆不仅不良反应发生率低,还有助于提升患者的认知功能与活动能力。

[Abstract] Objective To discuss the comparison of the efficacy of dexzopiclone and estazolam in senile dementia with sleep disorders. Methods Eighty-six patients with dementia and sleep disorders from February 2018 to February 2020 were included in this study as the subjects, and were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group. The control group was treated with estazolam, and the observation group was treated with dexzopiclone. Before and after treatment, the Pittsburgh sleep index scale (PSQI), vitality scale (ADL), mini-mental state examination (MMSE), and Pathological behavior score (BEHA VE-AD) were evaluated. The occurrence of adverse reactions were compared. Results The PSQI score of the two groups decreased significantly after treatment, and the ADL score and MMSE score increased significantly. After treatment, the MMSE score and BEHA VE-AD score of the observation group were better than those of the control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in PSQI score between the two groups (P>0.05). The scores of each dimension of the BEHA VE-AD scale of the two groups were significantly reduced after treatment, and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group after treatment (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P>0.05). Conclusion Ezopiclone and estazolam have the same effect in improving Alzheimer's disease with sleep disorders, but dexzopiclone not only has a low incidence of adverse reactions, but also helps to improve patients' cognitive function and mobility.
