行动体验式心理健康教育对老年糖尿病合并心力衰竭焦虑抑郁患者心理应激及自我管理效能的影响

【摘要】
目的:分析行动体验式心理健康教育对老年糖尿病合并心力衰竭焦虑抑郁患者的效果。

方法:选取我科2018年8月至2020年10月期间103例老年糖尿病合并心力衰竭焦虑抑郁患者按照抽签的方式分为两组。对照组51例给予常规健康教育,观察组52例给予行动体验式心理健康教育,对比两组患者焦虑抑郁情绪、心理应激、自我管理效能。

结果:观察组焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、态度评分较对照组低(P<0.05);观察组去甲肾上腺素(NE)、肾上腺素(E)、皮质醇(Cr)水平、KAB疾病知识与行为评分较对照组高(P<0.05)。

结论:行动体验式心理健康教育对老年糖尿病合并心力衰竭焦虑抑郁患者的效果好,能够减少患者焦虑情绪,降低患者心理应激反应,提高自我效能。

ABSTRACT

[Abstract]
Objective: To analyze the effect of action-experience mental health education on elderly patients with diabetes and heart failure anxiety and depression.

Methods: From August 2018 to October 2020 in our department, 103 elderly diabetic patients with heart failure anxiety and depression were divided into two groups according to lottery. 51 patients in the control group were given regular health education, and 52 patients in the observation group were given action-experience mental health education. The anxiety and depression, psychological stress, and self-management efficacy of the two groups were compared.

Results: The scores of the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS), Self-Rating Depression Scale (SDS) and attitude scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05); the observation group was norepinephrine (NE) and epinephrine (E) , Cortisol (Cr) level, KAB disease knowledge and behavior scores were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05).

Conclusion  : Action-based mental health education is effective for elderly patients with diabetes mellitus combined with heart failure anxiety and depression. It can reduce the anxiety of patients, reduce the psychological stress response of patients, and improve self-efficacy.
