神经心理测验和事件相关电位评估偏头痛述情障碍对认知功能的影响

摘要


目的: 探讨偏头痛患者述情障碍对认知功能的影响。

方法: 以多伦多述情障碍量表( TAS-20)对偏头痛患者进行评估,共筛选52例述情障碍的偏头痛患者(述情障碍组)和60例非述情障碍的偏头痛患者(非述情障碍组),两组患者均采用神经心理状况成套测验(RBANS)和事件相关电位(ERP)进行认知功能评定,分析比较两组认知功能的差异。

结果:两组患者在述情障碍各因子、TAS总分及疼痛上均存在显著性差异,且差异具有统计学意义(p <0.05), 两组患者在RBANS量表中即刻记忆、言语功能、注意、延时记忆及RBANS总分上均存在显著性差异,且差异具有统计学意义(p <0.05), 两组患者在事件相关电位各个成分的波幅(AMP)与潜伏期(LAT)维度上均存在显著性差异,且差异具有统计学意义(p <0.05), 识别情感能力与即刻记忆、注意、延时记忆、RBANS总分呈显著负相关,描述情感能力与即刻记忆、言语功能、注意、RBANS总分呈显著负相关,外向性思维与言语功能、注意、延时记忆、RBANS总分呈显著正相关,TAS-20总分与即刻记忆、言语功能、延时记忆、RBANS总分呈显著负相关。

结论: 述情障碍对偏头痛患者的认知功能有一定程度的影响。

ABSTRACT


Objective To explore the effect of alexithymia on cognitive function in patients with migraine.

Methods The Toronto Alexithymia Scale (TAS-20) was used to evaluate migraine patients. A total of 52 migraine patients with alexithymia (alexithymia group) and 60 migraine patients with alexithymia (non alexithymia group) were screened. Both groups of patients were assessed by neuropsychological test suite (RBANS) and event-related potentials (ERP) for cognitive function assessment, and the differences in cognitive function between the two groups were analyzed and compared.

Results There were significant differences in alexithymia factors, total TAS score and pain between the two groups (P<0.05). There were significant differences in immediate memory, speech function, attention, delayed memory and total score of RBANS between the two groups (P < 0.05), There were significant differences in the amplitude (AMP) and latency (LAT) dimensions of each component of event-related potential between the two groups (P<0.05). The ability to recognize emotion was significantly negatively correlated with the total scores of immediate memory, attention, delayed memory and RBANS, and the ability to describe emotion was significantly negatively correlated with the total scores of immediate memory, speech function, attention and RBANS, Extraversion thinking was positively correlated with speech function, attention, delayed memory and the total score of RBANS, while the total score of TAS-20 was negatively correlated with immediate memory, speech function, delayed memory and the total score of RBANS.

Conclusion   Alexithymia has a certain effect on cognitive function of migraine patients.
