行为干预配合健康教育对抑郁症伴睡眠障碍患者睡眠质量及自我效能感的影响

摘要

【摘要】
目的:探究行为干预配合健康教育对抑郁症伴睡眠障碍患者睡眠质量及自我效能感的影响。

方法:以我院行抑郁症伴睡眠障碍治疗的患者64例为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,各32例,对照组给予健康教育,研究组在对照组的基础上配合给予行为干预,比较两组患者干预后的睡眠质量、自我效能感和抑郁症状改善情况。

结果:研究组干预后睡眠质量各因子评分及总分明显低于干预前(P<0.05),对照组干预前后比较无显著差异(P>0.05),干预后研究组睡眠质量显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者自我效能感评分干预后均较干预前有显著提高(P<0.05),且研究组评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后两组抑郁症状评分均低于干预前(P<0.05),研究组抑郁症状评分优于对照组(P<0.05)。

结论:行为干预配合健康教育能显著改善抑郁症伴睡眠障碍患者的睡眠质量,提高其自我效能感,减轻其抑郁程度,提高护理质量。

ABSTRACT

【Abstract】
Objective: To discuss the effect of behavioral intervention combined with health education on sleep quality and self efficacy in patients with depression complicated with sleep disorders.

Methods:64 cases of patients with depression complicated with sleep disorders in our hospital were selected as the research subjects,who were divided into study group and control group according to the random digital table method,with 32 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given health education,who in the study group were given behavioral intervention bases on the control group.The improvement of sleep quality,self efficacy and depressive symptoms was compared between the two groups after intervention.

Results:The sleep quality of each factor score and total score in the study group after intervention were significantly lower than those before intervention (P<0.05),while there were no significant differences in the control group before and after intervention (P>0.05),and the sleep quality in the study group was significantly better than that in the control group after intervention(P<0.05).The scores of self efficacy of patients in the two groups after intervention were significantly improved compared with those before intervention(P<0.05),which in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of depressive symptoms in the two groups after intervention were significantly lower than those before intervention(P<0.05),which in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).

Conclusion  :Behavioral intervention combined with health education can significantly improve the sleep quality of patients with depression complicated with sleep disorders,improve the self efficacy and reduce the depressive symptoms,which can improve the nursing quality.
