【摘要】

摘要: 目的: 探讨抑郁症伴睡眠障碍与不伴睡眠障碍患者神经认知特点。
方法: 采取病例对照设计，收集50例抑郁症患者、50例健康对照。通过神经心理学测验工具评估其认知功能损害情况。抑郁症患者根据睡眠障碍情况分为抑郁伴睡眠障碍组和抑郁非睡眠障碍组,对所有抑郁症患者及健康对照组进行注意、记忆及执行功能测验，
结果与性别、年龄、受教育程度相匹配的健康对照者比较。
结果: 与正常对照组比较，抑郁伴与不伴睡眠障碍组在威斯康星卡分类测试错误数及分类数有差异,在分类数上有显著性差异,语言流畅性测验总数及重复数无统计学差异,stroop单词颜色测验无差异,色词测验伴睡眠障碍组与健康对照组存有统计学差异,三组在CPT测验均数无统计学差异.

【Abstract】 objiective: To investigate the cognitive function in the depression patient with sleeping disorder or not .
Methods: A total of 50 patients with depression, in which devided to patients with or not with sleeping disorder. Assessed their cognitive impairments using neuropsychological tests .The results were compared with 50 healthy controls .
Results: compared with the normal control group, the patients with or not with sleeping disorder have statistical differences in the number of wrong and classification of Wisconsin card sorting test ,especially in the classification test.The patients with sleeping disorder have statistical differences with normal control group in stoop-color word test.
Conclusion  : Compared to healthy controls and depression not with sleeping disorder ,the patients with sleeping disorder may have worse cognitive function.
