【Abstract】Objective: Discussion of Parkinson's disease relationship between peripheral pro-inflammatory substances and fatigue, anxiety, depression, sleep disorders among. Methods:Choosing 83 patients as the study group, while those who choose to take 80 cases of healthy control group. Detecting the study of peripheral blood pro-inflammatory substances, including IL-6、IL-1β、SIL-2R、TNF-α、hs-CRP.Using Fatigue Scale FS-14, HAMA,HAMD,PSQI for the two groups were fatigue, anxiety, depression, sleep disorders symptoms analysis and evaluation, and to explore the relationship between PD and peripheral pro-inflammatory substances between the above symptoms.Results:①Compared with the control group, the study group patients, IL-6, IL-1β, SIL-2R, TNF-α, hs-CRP were significantly higher content of water;②Study group of patients with FS-14 fatigue scale, HAMA, HAMD, PSQI score scores were significantly higher;③SIL-2R and HAMA, HAMD was positively correlated with the FS-14 fatigue scale, PSQI no correlation; hs-CRP and HAMA, HAMD was negatively correlated with the FS-14 fatigue scale, PSQI no correlation; and other pro inflammatory substance with fatigue, anxiety, depression, sleep disorders were not correlated. Conclusion s:hs-CRP and SIL-2R in patients with PD depression, anxiety scores were significantly correlated with fatigue, sleep disturbances no correlation; and other pro-inflammatory substances with fatigue, anxiety, depression, sleep disorders were not correlated.
