Abstract: Objective: To analyze peripheral vertigo patients with sleep disorders incidence of anxiety and depression mechanism for the clinical treatment of peripheral vertigo with sleep disorders to provide a scientific basis. Methods: Selected 200 cases of peripheral vertigo patients treated in the hospital from January 2012 to December 2014, And applied the International Classification of Sleep Disorders (ICSD) criteria to judge whether a merger occurs in patients with sleep disorders, according to test results were divided into observation group 114 cases (peripheral vertigo with sleep disorders) and the control group of 86 patients (peripheral vertigo substandard sleep disorders), using the anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale were observed incidence of anxiety and depression, and given symptomatic treatment and interventions.. Results: The 114 cases of patients in the observation group had 57 cases of patients with anxiety and depression, the rate was 50.0%; the control group of 86 patients, 24 cases of patients with anxiety and depression, the rate was 27.9%, between the two groups the difference was statistically significant (X2 is 5.203, P <0.05). After a period of treatment, the clinical symptoms of the two groups were eased, effective treatment and control groups was observed in 87.7% (100/114) and 89.5% (77/86), the difference between the two groups no Statistical significance. Conclusion : The peripheral vertigo in patients with sleep disorders anxiety and depression probability is higher than the probability of a single peripheral vertigo patient, and the observation that, aescinate sodium Joint Buflomedil for peripheral vertigo has a better therapeutic effect.
