摘要 目的：观察鬼针草提取物对一氧化氮缺乏性高血压大鼠的降血压作用。方法（1）用L-NAME 试剂灌胃给药复制高血压大鼠模型（2）鬼针草提取物灌胃给药4周，每周末以无创血压测量分析系统测定清醒L-NAME诱导的高血压大鼠尾动脉压。（3）给药结束处死大鼠并取血，分离血清和血浆，硝酸还原酶法测定大鼠血清中一氧化氮（NO）的含量、ELISA法测定血浆中内皮素1（ET-1），肾素血管紧张素Ⅱ（AngⅡ）的含量。结果：鬼针草提取物可降低正常大鼠和L-NAME诱导的高血压大鼠的血压。鬼针草提取物能显著改善高血压大鼠的左心室心肌肥厚与心肌细胞间质纤维化效应，其降压机制可能与增加NO的生成和释放，减少内源性缩血管活性物质AngⅡ，ET-1的释放。结论：鬼针草提取物对L-NAME诱导的高血压大鼠有明显的降血压作用。
ABSTRACT OBJECTIVE: To study hypotensive effect and its mechanism of the extractive of Bidens bipinnata L (EBB) on nitric oxide deficient hypertensive rats. METHODS:（1）The hypertensive rats model was established by L-NAME irrigation. (2) After four weeks of continuous intragastric administration，the tail artery blood pressure of rats induced by L-NAME was measured weekly. (3) The rats were killed and the blood was taken when the irrigation was finished. The serum concerntration of nitric oxide (NO) was tested by nitric acid deoxidized enzyme, the levels of endothelin 1 (ET-1) and the renin-angiotensinⅡ (AngⅡ) in the serum were detected by ELISA method. RESULTS:(1) EBB can reduce blood pressure in normal rats and L-NAME induced hypertension in rats. (4) EBB significantly relieved left ventricular hypertrophy in hypertensive rats with myocardial fibrosis effect，and its antihypertention mechanism might be due to increasing the production and release of NO, and reducing the production of the endogenous vasoconstrictor and vascular active substances including, AngⅡ and ET-1. CONCLUSIONS: EBB has a marked hypotensive effect on L-NAME induced on rat hypertension.
