伴焦虑抑郁型消化内科患者临床健康教育的效果研究

摘要


目的 研究健康:教育护理对伴焦虑1中郁消化内科患者的临床疗效。

方法 选择我院收治的伴焦虑和F郁消化系统疾病的患者168例, 随机分为对照组84例, 采用常规护理, 观察组84 例,在常规护理的基础上实施健康教育。运用 SAS和 SDS评分来评估患者治疗前后焦虑与抑郁的程度,观蔡并记录疾病治疗效果和住院时长。

结果 观察组出院前24h的 SAS和 SDS评分显著低于入院前24h,且显著低于对照组出院前24h的评分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05) ,观察组患者治疗显效率优于对照组,住院时长较对照组短,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。

结论 健康教育能有效缓解消化内科患者焦虑抑郁情绪, 继而有助于提升患者疾病的康复效果、 加快康复进程 。

ABSTRACT

〇bjective To study the clinical effect of health education nursing in patients with the mood of anxiety and depression in gastroenterology department.

Methods 168 patients with the mood of anxiety and depres- sion anddigestive system diseases in the hospital were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with84 cases in each group. The control group received routine nusing while the observation group received health education, on the basis of routine nursing. SAS and SDS were used to evaluate the degree of anxiety and de- pression in patients before and after the treatment. The effect and the length of hospital stay was observed and recor_ decl.

Results The SAS and SDS scores in the observation group, 24h before discharge were significantly lower than those24h before admission and those in the control group24h before discharge(P<0. 05). The obvious effective rate in the observation group was better than that in the control group, and the length of hospital stay was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).

Conclusion   HealLh education can effectively relieve the anxiety and depression o」「 patients in the department of gastroentero1ogy, helping to improve the rehabilitation effect of patients and speed up the rehabilitation process.
