Objective: comparison of clozapine, risperidone and ziprasidone on mental division first symptom of patients with the metabolic effects, provide a reasonable reference for clinical medication. Methods: according to inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria selected 92 cases in our hospital in July 2013 to 2015 July hospitalized patients were divided into three groups, respectively, to clozapine, risperidone and ziprasidone in the treatment of observation for 12 weeks. Results: the quality of the patients in the treatment group was significantly increased from eighth weeks to 12 weeks, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.01). Risperidone group at 8 and 12 weeks before and after treatment compared with the differences in differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05), and ziprasidone in the treatment group before and after the change of body weight differences no statistical significance (P > 0.05). There were significant differences in blood glucose, TG and TC before and after treatment in clozapine group (P < 0.05 or P < 0.01). The risperidone group only in the treatment of twelfth weeks of TG increased, compared with before treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Risperidone group of blood glucose, blood glucose, TC, TG and TC in ziprasidone group and before treatment showed no significant difference. Conclusion : the effect of 3 kinds of antipsychotic drugs on metabolism is significant. Differences in clozapine group had marked effect on body weight and lipid metabolism, risperidone group ziprasidone group on body weight, blood glucose, blood lipids, no obvious effect.
