Aim:To find out the change of Event Related Potential(ERP) of patient with schizophrenia before treatment and after treatment remission. Methods:64 patient were diagnosis schizophrenia by ICD-10 diagnostic criteria,they to do test of ERP before drug treatment,and by drug treatment to remission again to test of ERP,compare the change of ERP before and after treatment,and compare the ERP between patient and 35 people healthy control group. Results: latent period delay of Mismatch negative wave (MMN) was greater in patient with schizophrenia than in healthy control group(t between 4.8-4.9,P=0.000),and the information synthesis (N2) latent period delay was greater than in healthy control group(t between 2.13-3.10,P<0.05),and the cognitive formation(P300) latent period delay was greater than in healthy control group(t between 5.3-8.6,P=0.000), latent period delay of P300 was lesser of schizophrenia in remission stage than in before treatment(t between 4.25-5.15,p=0.000),difference not significance of N2 in before treatment than in after treatment(t=0.21,1.89,P>0.05),the latent period delay of MMN only in the forehead passage was lesser in after treatment than in before treatment(t=2.10,P<0.05),latent period delay of MMN、p300 were significantly greater in schizophrenia at remission stage than in healthy control group(t between 4.8-8.6,P=0.000),latent period delay of N2 was greater in schizophrenia than in healthy control group(t=2.13,3.10,P<0.05), the have significance positive correlation of top path latent period delay between N2 and P300 at remission stage(r between 0.264-0.366, P<0.05,0.01). Conclusion : the patient with schizophrenia are being mismatch negative wave latent period delay, and latent period of information synthesis to prolong, and latent period of cognitive formation process to prolong, by part a gleam of antipsychotic drugs treatment to remission, have significance improvement cognitive formation process, but still existence biggish distance than with healthy people, no significant improvement of negative emotion and information synthesis ability, information synthesis latent period delay degree a certain extent are can forecast to the curative effect.。
