肢体功能障碍分级的健康教育及生活质量评价研究

目的:对健康教育

方法在肢体功能障碍病人中的应用及对生活质量的影响做出评价和研究。

方法:选取了2012年至2014年来我科就诊的肢体功能障碍患者400例,随机分成对照组和观察组,每组各200例,针对对照组给予一般性的护理,针对观察组,在对照组的基础上,再根据肢体功能障碍分级进行健康教育,对两组患者生活质量、自我管理能力以及满意度进行对比分析;

结果:在经过了对比,观察组的生活质量、自我管理能力以及生活满意度明显高于对照组。

ABSTRACT

Abstract:
Objective: to make the evaluation and Research on the application of the method of health education in patients with limb dysfunction and its impact on quality of life.

Methods: 400 patients with limb dysfunction were selected from 2012 to 2014 in our department were, were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 200 cases in each group, the control group were given general nursing, in view of the observation group, on the basis of the control group, and then according to the classification of limb dysfunction of health education, to make a comparative analysis two groups of patients quality of life, self management ability and satisfaction; results: after the contrast, the observation group's quality of life, self management ability and life satisfaction was significantly higher than that in control group.
