超声心动技术在老年高血压患者左心室结构及血流动力学变化检测中的临床价值

摘要


目的 采用超声心动技术观察老年高血压患者的左心室结构及血流动力学变化,为临床研究提供依据。

方法 将2014年1月至2016年1月间于苏州市吴江第一人民医院收治的100例原发性高血压患者作为观察组及100例正常体检者作为对照组,使用多普勒超声诊断仪检查患者左心室结构及血流动力学变化。

结果 观察组VE、VA、A/E及IVRT显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组颈总动脉PSV、EDV、Vm显著低于对照组(P<0.05),RI及PI显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组颈内动脉EDV、Vm显著低于对照组(P<0.05),RI显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。

结论 超声心动技术在对老年高血压患者进行检查时,发现其左心室舒张功能参数如VE、VA、A/E及IVRT等显著升高,为临床有效发现老年高血压患者左心舒张功能的异常提供了依据。

ABSTRACT


Objective To the changes of left ventricular and hemodynamics in elderly patients with hypertension by echocardiography, and to provide evidence for clinical research.

Methods Will be January 2014 to 2016 January 100 cases treated in Suzhou Wujiang First People's hospital from primary hypertension patients as observation group and 100 cases of normal controls, who as control group, using Doppler ultrasound inspection diagnostic instrument for patients with left ventricular structure and hemodynamic changes.

Results The observation group of VE , E/A, VA and IVRT was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05) ;the observation group neck total artery PSV, EDV, VM was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05), RI and PI was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05); observation group of internal carotid artery EDV and VM was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05), the RI was significantly higher than that of control group (P<0.05).

Conclusion  s Echocardiography in the elderly patients with hypertension, can be effectively observed in patients with left ventricular structure and hemodynamic changes, can be used as an effective diagnostic method in clinical.
