[摘要] 目的：比较齐拉西酮、阿立哌唑、舒必利及奋乃静四种抗精神病药物对女性精神分裂症患者的疗效及对催乳素与体重的影响。
方法：对我院2015年3月～2016年3月住院的女性精神分裂症病例进行方便取样，共纳入368例。依据数字随机法将所有病例分为4组，分别应用齐拉西酮片、阿立哌唑片、舒必利片及奋乃静片治疗8周。
结果：各组患者用药2、4、8周后PANSS评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05)，然而同时期组间比较差异不显著 (P>0.05)。齐拉西酮组及阿立哌唑组治疗前后血清催乳素水平及体重差异无统计学意义( P>0.05)。舒必利组与奋乃静组用药2、4、8周后血清催乳素水平均较用药前升高，体重均较用药前增加，差异显著(P<0.05)。
结论：女性精神病患者采用阿立哌唑治疗对其血清催乳素与体重质量的影响程度最小，有明显的优势。

【Abstract】

[Abstract] Objective: To compare the effects of ziprasidone, aripiprazole, sulpiride and perphenazine on schizophrenia in patients with schizophrenia and their effects on prolactin and body weight.
Methods: A total of 368 cases were enrolled in female schizophrenic patients who were hospitalized from March 2015 to March 2016 in my hospital. All cases were divided into 4 groups according to the digital randomization method. The patients were treated with ziprasidone tablets, aripiprazole tablets, sulpiride tablets and perinocaine tablets for 8 weeks.
Results: After 2,4,8 weeks of treatment,PANSS scores were lower than those before treatment (P <0.05).However, the difference between the same period was not significant (P> 0.05). There was no significant difference in serum prolactin level between the ziprasidone group and the aripiprazole group before and after treatment (P> 0.05). The levels of serum prolactin in sulpiride group and perphenazine group were higher than those before administration, and the body weight was significantly increased (P <0.05).
Conclusion  : The treatment of female prolactin and subcutaneous fat in the treatment of female psychosis patients with aripiprazole has the least effect,has a clear advantage.
