[摘要]目的:探究与分析咪达唑仑联合喹硫平对老年痴呆合并睡眠障碍患者IL-1β、TNF-α水平及睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取我院自2014年5月至2016年5月収治的90例老年痴呆合并睡眠障碍患者,采取随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组各45例,对照组给予喹硫平治疗,观察组给予喹硫平联合咪达唑仑治疗,对比两组患者的血清IL-1β、TNF-α水平及睡眠质量。结果:两组患者治疗后较治疗前相比血清IL-1β、TNF-α水平降低,观察组较对照组相比血清IL-1β、TNF-α水平降低更加显著,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后较治疗前相比睡眠时间、睡眠障碍、入睡时间、睡眠效率、日间功能、安眠药物评分均降低,观察组较对照组相比降低更加显著,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组临床总有效率为71.11%,观察组临床总有效率为91.11%,观察组临床总有效率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用喹硫平联合咪达唑仑治疗老年痴呆合并睡眠障碍患者临床疗效显著,可有效降低血清IL-1β、TNF-α水平,改善睡眠质量。

[abstract] objective: to probe into and analysis of midazolam in combination with quetiapine flat IL - 1 in patients with dementia disorder of sleep beta, the influence of TNF alpha level and quality of sleep. Selection methods: our hospital from May 2014 to May 2016 were treated 90 cases of senile dementia with sleep disorders, take a random number table method was divided into control group and observation group, 45 cases in each group, control group given quetiapine treatment, observation group was given quetiapine combined therapy with midazolam, compared two groups of patients' serum IL - 1 beta, TNF alpha level and quality of sleep. Results: two groups of patients after treatment was compared with the serum IL - 1 beta, TNF alpha level is reduced, observation group than the control group compared with the serum IL - 1 beta, TNF alpha levels are low, being more pronounced differences statistically significant (P < 0.05). Compared two groups of patients after treatment than before treatment, sleep disorder, sleep time, sleep efficiency, daytime function, sleeping drug scores were lower, observation group was lower than in even more significant, statistically significant difference (P < 0.05). Control group clinical total effective rate was 71.11%, the clinical observation group total effective rate was 91.11%, the clinical total effective observation group was obviously higher than that of control group, the difference statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion : adopting quetiapine flat combined midazolam for dementia patients sleep disorder patients clinical curative effect significantly, can effectively reduce the serum IL - 1 beta, TNF alpha level, improve sleep quality.
