【摘要】

【摘要】目的：探讨多奈哌齐联合喹硫平改善老年痴呆患者精神行为症状的疗效研究。
方法：回顾性分析2014年4月-2016年10月于本院治疗老年痴呆患者200例，根据治疗药物不同分为联合组和单药组，各100例。单药组给予多奈哌齐（10mg/次，1次/d）治疗，联合组在此基础上加用喹硫平（350mg/次，1次/d），两组均连续治疗6个月。统计分析所有患者临床疗效、认知水平和生活能力变化及不良反应发生情况。
结果：联合组总有效率高于单药组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；治疗前两组患者MoCA、ADL得分均无明显差异（P>0.05），治疗后，两组患者MoCA得分均升高、ADL得分均降低，联合组MoCA升高更加明显、ADL降低更加明显，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）；两组患者不良反应发生率无明显差异（P>0.05）。
结论：多奈哌齐联合喹硫平治疗老年痴呆效果更显著，改善患者认知能力、精神症状和生活能力，不良反应轻，值得临床作进一步推广。

【Abstract】

【 Abstract】objective: To discuss the effect study of Donepezil joint Quetiapine in treatment of patients with of behavioral and psychological symptoms of dementia.
Methods: 200 patients with dementia were selected from April 2014 to March 2017 in our Hospitals. According to different treatments, all patients were divided into observation group (100 cases)and control group(100 cases), the control group was given Donepezil(10mg/time,1time/d), the observation group on the basis were given Quetiapine(350mg/time,1time/d), two groups treatment time were 6 months.Statistical analyzed all of patients’ clinical curative effect, changes of cognitive level and life ability , adverse reactions.
Results: Total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group, there was statistically significant difference (P<0.05).Before intervention, MoCA, ADL scores of two groups had no significant difference (P>0.05). After intervention, two groups of MoCA scores were higher and ADL scores were lower, the observation group MoCA scores raise more obvious and ADL lower more obvious, there was statistically significant difference (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions of two groups had no significant difference (P>0.05).
Conclusion  s: Donepezil joint Quetiapine in treatment of patients with behavioral and psychological symptoms of dementia has more significant effect with adverse reaction, improve cognitive ability, mental symptoms and life ability, it’s worth for further clinical promotion.
