护理理论在抑郁症患者护理中的运用及对SAS以及SDS评分的影响

摘要

[摘要]
目的 探讨护理理论在抑郁症患者护理中的运用及对SAS以及SDS评分的影响。

方法 选择2014年1月至2015年9月期间我院收治的154例抑郁症患者为研究对象,按照随机数表法分成对照组(n=77)与研究组(n=77)。对照组给予常规护理干预,研究组在对照组基础上运用护理理论进行干预,对比两组干预前后焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、护理满意度及干预后的服药依从性。

结果 两组在干预后的SAS、SDS评分较干预前均有所下降,且研究组下降分数更多,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组护理总满意率比研究组低(81.82% VS 97.40%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组在干预后服药总依从率比研究组低(79.22% VS 96.10%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。

结论 将护理理论运用在抑郁症患者的护理工作中,可显著改善患者的不良情绪,提高护理满意度与服药依从性,值得推广。

ABSTRACT

[Abstract]
Objective To explore the nursing theory in the care of patients with depressive care and SAS and SDS scores.

Methods A total of 154 patients with depression were selected from January 2014 to September 2015. The patients were divided into control group (n = 77) and study group (n = 77) according to the random number table method. (SAS), self-rating depression scale (SDS) score, nursing satisfaction degree and post-intervention group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.05) .

Conclusion  : The patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing intervention. Medication compliance.

Results The SAS and SDS scores of the two groups decreased after intervention, and the scores of the study group were lower than those of the study group (P <0.05). The overall satisfaction rate of the control group was lower than that of the study group (81.82 (P <0.05). The total compliance rate of the control group was lower than that of the study group (79.22% vs 96.10%), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).

Conclusion   Nursing theory can be used in the nursing work of patients with depression, which can significantly improve the patient's bad mood, improve the nursing satisfaction and medication compliance, worthy of promotion.
