【摘要】目的：研究并探讨齐拉西酮结合丙戊酸钠缓释片治疗双相障碍躁狂发作的临床效果。
方法：选取2013年1月~2017年3月期间在我院接受治疗的100例双相障碍躁狂患者作为研究对象，采取计算机随机数字分组法将患者随机分为对照组、观察组，每组有患者50例，对照组患者采用丙戊酸钠缓释片联合奥氮平治疗，观察组患者采用丙戊酸钠缓释片联合齐拉西酮治疗，治疗8周后，比较两组患者的临床疗效、躁狂评分、不良反应发生率。
结果：观察组的临床总有效率为94%，对照组的临床总有效率为78%，两组比较，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；治疗后，两组患者的躁狂评分均较治疗前明显降低（P<0.05），而两组患者治疗后比较，观察组患者的躁狂评分显著低于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组患者的不良反应发生率为4%，对照组患者的不良反应发生率则为18%，两组比较，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。
结论：采用齐拉西酮与丙戊酸钠缓释片联合治疗双相障碍躁狂患者具有显著的临床疗效，既可有效缓解患者的躁狂症状，又可减少患者的不良反应发生，疗效确切，且安全性可靠。

【Abstract】

[Abstract] Objective: To study and discuss with ziprasidone sodium valproate for the treatment of bipolar disorder manic episode clinical effect.
Methods: from January 2013 ~2017 year in March in our hospital for treatment of 100 patients with bipolar disorder manic patients as the research object, take the computer random number table method were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 50 patients in each group, the control combined with olanzapine in the treatment of patients with sodium valproate combined with ziprasidone in the treatment of observation, using sodium valproate group, after 8 weeks of treatment, the clinical curative effect of mania, compared two groups of patients with the score, the incidence of adverse reactions.
Results: the clinical observation group, the total effective rate was 94%, clinical the control group the total efficiency is 78%, the two groups, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); after treatment, the two groups of patients with mania score was significantly lower than before treatment ( P<0.05), and the two groups were compared after treatment, patients with mania score were significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05); observation group of patients with adverse reaction rate was 4%, the control group of patients with adverse reaction rate was 18%, the two groups, the difference was statistically significant (P, <0.05).
Conclusion  : the ziprasidone and sodium valproate combined with bipolar disorder manic patients has obvious clinical curative effect of treatment, which can effectively alleviate the patients with manic symptoms, and can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions in patients, efficacy, safety and reliable.
