【摘要】 目的 探究舌下含服米索前列醇片治疗对妊娠高血压产妇血清sFlt-1、sEng的影响。 方法 选择2015年1月至2017年1月在我院治疗的PIH患者90例，按照数字随机表法分为观察组和对照组，各45例，对照组使用缩宫素治疗，观察组在对照组基础上使用米索前列醇治疗。分别检测每组患者治疗前后收缩压、舒张压，对比两组患者治疗后的临床疗效，比较治疗前后患者血清sFlt-1、sEng水平，并观察不良反应发生情况。 结果 治疗前两组血压无显著差异（P>0.05），治疗后均显著下降（P<0.05），治疗后观察组收缩压和舒张压均显著低于对照组（P<0.05）。观察组患者治疗总有效率显著高于对照组（P<0.05）。治疗前两组sFlt-1、sEng水平比较无显著差异（P>0.05），治疗后均显著降低（P<0.05），观察组sFlt-1、sEng水平均显著低于对照组（P<0.05）。两组不良反应发生情况无显著差异（P>0.05）。 结论 舌下含服米索前列醇可更有效控制患者血压，提高临床疗效，并可降低患者血清sFlt-1、sEng水平。
[Abstract] Objective To investigate the effects of nifedipine and magnesium sulfate on serum sFlt-1, sEng in pregnant women with gestational hypertension. Methods 90 patients with PIH treated in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2017 were divided into observation group and control group according to the digital random table method. The control group was treated with oxytocin, while the observation group was treated with misoprostol. The systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure were measured before and after treatment in each group. The clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared. The levels of serum sFlt-1 and sEng were compared before and after treatment. The occurrence of adverse reactions was also observed.Results Before treatment, there was no significant difference in blood pressure between the two groups (P> 0.05). After treatment the indexes were significantly decreased (P <0.05). After treatment, the systolic and diastolic blood pressures in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). The total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group (P <0.05). Before treatment, there was no significant difference in levels of sFlt-1 and sEng between the two groups (P> 0.05). After treatment, the indexes were significantly decreased (P <0.05). The levels of sFlt-1 and sEng in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups (P> 0.05). Conclusion Sublingual misoprostol can be more effective in controlling the patient's blood pressure, improve clinical efficacy, and reduce serum sFlt-1, sEng levels.
