个体化健康教育在颅内肿瘤患者术后早期康复治疗中的应用及对患者肢体功能恢复情况的影响

摘要

【摘要】
目的:探讨个体化健康教育在颅内肿瘤(intracranialtumors)患者术后早期康复治疗中的应用价值及对患者肢体功能恢复情况的影响。

方法:选取2015年6月~2017年11月就诊于本院的颅内肿瘤患者共88例作为研究对象,采用随机数表法将其分为实验组(44例)和对照组(44例),所有患者均行手术治疗,术后给予对照组患者常规护理干预,实验组在常规护理干预基础上实施个体化健康教育,护理结束后比较两组恢复状况。

结果:两组患者治疗护理结束后生活质量评分

结果比较,实验组明显优于对照组,数据比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理结束后两组患者肢体功能评分

结果比较,实验组明显高于对照组,数据比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者护理满意度调查

结果显示,实验组护理总满意率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。

结论:颅内肿瘤患者术后及早实施个体化健康教育对提升术后生活质量、促进肢体功能恢复有重要意义,值得推广。

ABSTRACT

【Abstract】
Objective: To explore the value of individualized health education in early postoperative rehabilitation of intracranial tumors (intracranial tumors) and its impact on limb function recovery.

Methods: A total of 88 patients with intracranial tumors from June 2015 to November 2017 were selected as the study subjects. They were divided into experimental group (44 cases) and control group (44 cases) by random number table method. All patients underwent surgical treatment. The patients in the control group received routine nursing intervention. The experimental group performed individualized health education on the basis of routine nursing intervention. After the end of nursing, the recovery status of the two groups was compared. Result: The quality of life scores of the two groups were compared. The experimental group was significantly better than the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After the end of nursing, the limb function scores of the two groups were compared. The experimental group was significantly higher. In the control group, the difference in data was statistically significant (P<0.05). The results of nursing satisfaction survey showed that the total satisfaction rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).

Conclusion  : The implementation of individualized health education in patients with intracranial tumors is important for improving postoperative quality of life and promoting recovery of limb function. It is worthy of promotion.
