注射用丹参多酚酸盐辅治高血压对患者外周血内皮祖细胞数量及分泌NO、VEGF因子功能的影响研究

摘要


目的:分析注射用丹参多酚酸盐辅助治疗高血压患者的临床疗效,及对患者外周血内皮祖细胞(EPCs)的数量,一氧化氮(NO)与血管内皮生长因子(VAGF)表达的影响,探究注射用丹参多酚酸盐辅助治疗高血压可能的疗效机制。

方法:选择2017年1月-2018年5月我院收治的86例高血压患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和研究组,每组43例。两组患者均予以高血压常规治疗及运动、日常生活、运动指导,研究组在此基础上再予以注射用丹参多酚酸盐治疗,两组患者均连续治疗4周,为一疗程。比较两组患者治疗前、后血压控制指标,外周血中EPCs数量、增殖细胞、迁移细胞的变化情况,及外周血EPCs分泌VEGF、NOF的功能变化。评价两组患者临床疗效并比较总有效率,比较两组患者药物不良反应/毒副作用率。

结果:治疗4周后,(1)研究组患者血压控制临床总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。(2)两组患者SBP、DBP均较治疗前下降,且研究组均明显低于对照组(P<0.05),两组患者治疗前后肱动脉内径比较无差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。(3)两组患者治疗后EPCs数量、增殖细胞、迁移细胞均较治疗前均明显提升,且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。(4)两组患者NO、VEGF、MDA、SOD的表达水平均较治疗前明显增加,且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。(5)两组患者治疗过程中药物不良反应率/毒副作用率比较无差异无统计学意义(P<0.05)。

结论:注射用丹参多酚酸盐辅助治疗高血压患者可有效提升患者EPCs数量,提升分泌VEGF、NO的能力,促进患者血管内皮功能,提升血压控制疗效,且不增加药物毒副作用,具有较高的临床价值。

ABSTRACT

to analyze injection The clinical effect of salvianolic acid salvianolate adjuvant therapy in patients with hypertension, and its effect on the number of peripheral blood endothelial progenitor cells (EPCs), nitric oxide (NO), vascular endothelial growth factor (VAGF), to explore the injection [? The possible mechanism of salvianolic acid in the treatment of hypertension.

Methods: 86 patients with hypertension admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to May 2018 were randomly divided into control group and study group (43 cases in each group). Two groups of patients were given routine treatment of hypertension and exercise, daily life, exercise guidance [not smooth], study [? On this basis, Salvia miltiorrhiza polyphenols (salvianolic acid) was injected again. Treatment, two groups of patients were treated for 4 weeks, a course of treatment [speech disorders]. The blood pressure control index, the number of EPCs in peripheral blood, the changes of proliferating cells and migrating cells, the secretion of VEGF and NOF in peripheral blood EPCs were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. To evaluate the clinical efficacy of two groups of patients and compare the total effective rate, compare the two groups of patients with adverse drug reactions / side effects [sickness] rate.

Results: After 4 weeks of treatment, (1) The total effective rate of blood pressure control in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05). (2) SBP and DBP of the two groups were lower than before treatment, and the study group was significantly lower than the control group (P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in brachial artery diameter between the two groups before and after treatment (P > 0.05). (3) After treatment, the number of EPCs, proliferating cells and migrating cells in the two groups were significantly increased, and the research [statement] was higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05). (4) NO, VEGF, MDA, SOD in the two groups were not mentioned in the method part, and the results suddenly appeared (so the abstract was too long, I wrote it well. The level of expression in the study group was higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05). (5) There was no significant difference in the rate of adverse drug reactions / side effects between the two groups (P < 0.05). CONCLUSION: Salvianolic acid salvianolate for injection can effectively increase the number of EPCs, enhance the ability of secreting VEGF and NO, promote the function of vascular endothelium, enhance the effect of blood pressure control, and do not increase drugs. Toxic side effects have high clinical value.
