以“反复偷盗”为首发症状的老年痴呆

摘要
痴呆，又称为偷走心智的贼，阿尔茨海默病 (Alzheimer's disease , AD) 是发生在老年和老年前期、以进行性认知功能障碍和行为损害为特征的中枢神经系统退行性病变，临床上表现为记忆障碍、失语、失用、失认、视空间能力损害抽象思维和计算力损害、人格和行为改变等。本例病案主人公主要表现为“故意偷盗”起病，极容易误诊。痴呆表现多种多样，临床中需要认真分辨，多方深挖症状，才能明确诊断。
关键词：阿尔茨海默病、额颞叶痴呆、病理性偷盗
ABSTRACT
Dementia, also known as the thief of the mind, Alzheimer'sdisease (AD) is a degenerative disease of the central nervous system that occurs in old age and early old age and is characterized by progressive cognitive impairment and behavioral impairment.Clinical manifestations include memory impairment, aphasia, apraxia, agnosia, visuospatial impairment, abstract thinking and computing impairment, personality and behavior change.The main manifestation of this case is "intentional stealing", which is easy to misdiagnose.Dementia has a variety of manifestations, and it is necessary to distinguish carefully in clinical practice and dig the symptoms in many ways in order to make a clear diagnosis.
