[摘要]
目的 统计上海市社区卫生服务中心工作人员焦虑抑郁情况，并分析焦虑、抑郁发生的影响因素。

方法 选取上海市24家社区卫生服务中心工作人员在岗在职1600例工作人员为研究对象，用贝克焦虑问卷（Beck Anxiety Inventory，BAI）、贝克抑郁问卷（Beck Depression Inventory-Ⅱ，BDI-Ⅱ）量表分别评估工作人员焦虑、抑郁情况，并比较不同人口学特征工作人员BAI、BDI得分，用Logistic多因素回归分析模型分析上海市社区卫生服务中心工作人员焦虑抑郁影响因素。

结果 共调查1600人，其中女性1330人，占83.12%，男性270人，占16.88%；年龄21~55岁；BAI量表总分（17.49±3.37）分，BDI量表总分（16.38±2.63）分。男性、年龄31~40岁、本科及以下、丧偶、临床医师（西医全科）、工作年限＞10年、收入＜6万元、身体健康状况较差的社区卫生服务中心工作人员BAI、BDI得分均较高（P<0.05）。多因素Logistic

结果显示，男性、本科及以下、丧偶、年收入6万元及以下、身体健康状况较差为上海市社区卫生中心工作人员心理健康状况的独立危险因素（P<0.05）。

结论 上海市社区卫生服务中心工作人员焦虑、抑郁情况较为严重，男性、本科及以下、丧偶、年收入6万元及以下、身体健康状况较差为上海市社区卫生中心工作人员BAI、BDI的影响因素。

ABSTRACT

[Abstract]
Objective To statistically analyze the anxiety and depression of staff in Shanghai community health service centers, and to analyze the influencing factors of occurrence of anxiety and depression. .

Methods 1600 on-the-job staff from 24 community health service centers in Shanghai were selected as the research subjects. The anxiety and depression of staff were evaluated by Beck Anxiety Inventory (BAI) and Beck Depression Inventory-II (BDI-II), and the BAI score and BDI score were compared among staff with different demographic characteristicThe influencing factors of anxiety and depression among staff in Shanghai community health service centers were analyzed by multivariate Logistic regression analysis model.

Results A total of 1,600 people were surveyed, including 1,330 women (83.12%) and 270 men (16.88%), with age of 21-55 years old. The total score of BAI scale and total score of BDI scale were (17.49±3.37) points and (16.38±2.63) points. The BAI score and BDI score were higher among community health service center staff with male gender, age of 31-40 years old, bachelor degree or below, widowed status, clinicians (western medicine general practice), working years>10 years, income<60,000 yuan and poor physical health status (P<0.05). Multivariate Logistic results revealed that male, bachelor degree or below, widowed status, annual income of 60,000 yuan and below, and poor physical health status were independent risk factors for psychological health status of Shanghai community health center staff (P<0.05).

Conclusion   The anxiety and depression of community health service center staff in Shanghai are serious. Male, bachelor degree or below, widowed status, annual income of 60,000 yuan and below, and poor physical health status are influencing factors of BAI and BDI in Shanghai community health center staff.
