摘要

目的 本研究旨在利用文献计量学

方法分析rTMS治疗抑郁的研究现状、热点，并预测未来的发展趋势。

方法 检索了2014~2024年中国知网、万方和Web of Science核心合集数据库中关于rTMS治疗抑郁症的文献，运用CiteSpace软件进行了发文量、国家、机构、被引期刊、被引参考文献和关键词的可视化分析。

结果 共纳入了1312篇文献。国内外研究热点集中在重复经颅磁刺激、抑郁、卒中后抑郁、认知功能、疗效、背外侧前额叶等方面。国内外学者均致力于不同模式rTMS在抑郁症治疗中的早期效果，国内研究在原发性抑郁症的基础上，进一步的探索了与抑郁症状相关的其他疾病。

结论 加强国内外作者和机构之间的交流合作，促进科研水平的发展；未来研究在基于脑功能技术和客观生物标志物的基础上，要注重跨学科发展，构建以疾病、治疗和效果评估为闭环的精准医学框架。

ABSTRACT

Objective This study aims to analyze the current status, hotspots, and predict future trends of rTMS treatment for depression using bibliometric methods.

Methods Literature on rTMS treatment for depression from 2014 to 2024 was retrieved from the China National Knowledge Infrastructure, Wanfang, and Web of Science Core Collection databases. CiteSpace software was used for the visualization analysis of publication volume, countries, institutions, cited journals, cited references, and keywords.

Results A total of 1312 documents were included. Domestic and international research hotspots focused on repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation, depression, post-stroke depression, cognitive function, therapeutic efficacy, and the dorsolateral prefrontal cortex. Domestic and international scholars are committed to the early effects of different modes of rTMS in the treatment of depression. Domestic research, based on primary depression, further explores other diseases related to depressive symptoms.

Conclusion   Strengthen the exchange and cooperation between domestic and international authors and institutions to promote the development of scientific research levels; future research should focus on interdisciplinary development based on brain function technology and objective biomarkers, and construct a precision medicine framework that forms a closed loop with disease, treatment, and outcome assessment.
