首发精神分裂症患者认知水平与血清HMGB1、Ghrelin、PDCD4的相关性分析

摘要

【摘要】
目的 分析首发精神分裂症患者认知水平与血清高迁移率族蛋白B1(high mobil ity group protein B1,HMGB1)、胃饥饿素(Ghrelin)、程序性细胞死亡因子4(programmed cell death factor 4,PDCD4)的相关性。

方法 选定乌鲁木齐市第四人民医院2021年6月至2023年6月就诊的60例首发精神分裂症患者为研究对象,以MATRICS公认认知成套测验(MATRICS consensus cognitive battery,MCCB)量表对患者进行认知功能评价,以MCCB量表评价患者认知功能并分组,比较认知功能正常组(39例)、认知功能障碍组(21例)PANSS评分、血清HMGB1、Ghrelin、PDCD4水平,Pearson分析血清HMGB1、Ghrelin、PDCD4与MCCB评分、PANSS评分的相关性。

结果 认知功能障碍组MCCB评分、血清Ghrelin、PDCD4水平均低于认知功能正常组(P<0.05);认知功能障碍组PANSS评分、血清HMGB1均高于认知功能正常组(P<0.05);血清HMGB1与MCCB评分呈负相关性,P<0.05(r值=-0.394),血清HMGB1与PANSS评分呈正相关性,P<0.05(r值=0.405),血清Ghrelin、PDCD4与MCCB评分呈正相关性,P<0.05(r值=0.386、0.412),血清Ghrelin、PDCD4与PANSS评分呈负相关性,P<0.05(r值=-0.392、-0.402)。

结论 首发精神分裂症患者血清Ghrelin、PDCD4水平较低,血清HMGB1水平较高,血清HMGB1、Ghrelin、PDCD4与首发精神分裂症患者认知功能具有相关性。

ABSTRACT

[Abstract]
Objective To analyze the correlation between the cognitive level of first-episode schizophrenics and serum high mobility group protein B1 (HMGB1), Ghrelin and 4(programmed cell death factor 4 (PDCD4).

Methods 60 first-episode schizophrenia patients from June 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the observation group, The MATRICS accepted cognitive set test (MATRICS consensus cognitive battery, MCCB) scale to assess cognitive function, With both positive and negative symptoms (positive and negative syndrome scale, PANSS) scale to assess the clinical symptoms, Patient cognitive function was evaluated on the MCCB scale and grouped, Comparing the PANSS score of normal cognitive function (39), cognitive dysfunction (21), serum HMGB 1, Ghrelin and PDCD 4 levels, Pearson To analyze the correlation of serum HMGB 1, Ghrelin, and PDCD 4 with MCCB score and PANSS score, To draw the receiver working curve, The diagnostic efficacy of serum HMGB 1, Ghrelin, and PDCD 4 on cognitive dysfunction was analyzed.

Results The MCCB score, serum Ghrelin and PDCD4 levels in the cognitive dysfunction group were lower than those in the normal cognitive function group (P < 0.05), and the PANSS score and serum HMGB1 in the cognitive dysfunction group were higher than those in the normal cognitive function group (P < 0.05). Serum HMGB1 was negatively correlated with MCCB score, P < 0.05 (r =-0.394), serum HMGB1 was positively correlated with PANSS score, P < 0.05 (r =0.405), serum Ghrelin, PDCD4 were positively correlated with MCCB score, P < 0.05 (R =0.405). P < 0.05 (r =0.386, 0.412), serum Ghrelin, PDCD4 and PANSS score were negatively correlated, P < 0.05 (r =-0.392, -0.402).

Conclusion   The levels of serum Ghrelin and PDCD4 in patients with first-episode schizophrenia are low, while the level of serum HMGB1 is high. Serum HMGB1, Ghrelin and PDCD4 are correlated with the cognitive function of patients with first-episode schizophrenia.
