目的 探讨老年肺结核患者负性情绪情况及其影响因素。

方法 回顾性分析我院2022年3月至2024年3月老年肺结核患者74例，根据抑郁自评量表、焦虑自评量表评分将其分为肺结核合并焦虑抑郁组（24例）、肺结核组（50例）。比较两组临床资料，分析影响老年肺结核患者负性情绪的因素。

结果 肺结核合并焦虑抑郁组家庭月收入＜3000元患者占比、回避与屈服评分显著高于肺结核组，面对评分显著低于肺结核组（P＜0.05）。多因素Logistic回归分析显示，家庭月收入、面对评分、回避评分、屈服评分均是影响老年肺结核患者负性情绪良的影响因素（均P＜0.05）。

结论 老年肺结核患者易出现抑郁、焦虑情绪，且其抑郁、焦虑情绪的出现与患者经济状况、采取回避、屈服的应对方式有关。

ABSTRACT

【Abstract】
Objective To explore the negative emotional state and its influencing factors in elderly patients with pulmonary tuberculosis.

Methods Seventy-four elderly patients with pulmonary tuberculosis in our hospital from March 2022 to March 2024 were retrospectively analyzed, and they were divided into pulmonary tuberculosis combined with anxiety and depression group (24 cases) and pulmonary tuberculosis group (50 cases) according to self-rating depression scale and self-rating anxiety scale scores. The clinical data of the two groups were compared to analyze the factors affecting the negative emotions of the elderly patients with pulmonary tuberculosis.

Results The proportion of patients with family monthly income < 3000 yuan, avoidance and yield scores in the pulmonary tuberculosis group with anxiety and depression were significantly higher than those in the pulmonary tuberculosis group, and the face score was significantly lower than that in the pulmonary tuberculosis group (P < 0.05). Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that family monthly income, face score, avoidance score and yield score were the influencing factors of negative positive emotion in elderly patients with pulmonary tuberculosis (all P < 0.05).

Conclusion   The elderly patients with pulmonary tuberculosis are prone to depression and anxiety, and the occurrence of depression and anxiety is related to the patients' economic status and the coping style of avoidance and yield.
