【摘要】
目的 分析肝癌介入术后癌因性疲乏与焦虑抑郁的相关性。

方法 回顾性分析2021年5月至2023年5月在我院进行介入治疗的80例肝癌患者的临床资料，分析不同临床特征患者癌症疲乏量表（Cancer Fatigue Scale，CFS）评分。采用Pearson相关性分析肝癌介入术后癌因性疲乏与焦虑抑郁的相关性。

结果 病程＞3年、临床分期Ⅲ~Ⅳ期、伴有焦虑、抑郁患者的CFS评分明显较高（P＜0.05）；相关性分析显示，肝癌介入术后癌因性疲乏程度与其病程、临床分期、焦虑抑郁程度呈正相关（P＜0.05）。

结论 病程、临床分期、伴有焦虑、抑郁均将影响肝癌患者介入术后发生癌因性疲乏，且以上指标与肝癌介入术后癌因性疲乏程度呈正相关，临床诊治时可结合以上指标进一步筛查术后癌因性疲乏高危患者，及时采取干预措施。

ABSTRACT

【Abstract】
Objective To analyze the correlation between cancer fatigue and anxiety and depression after hepatocellular carcinoma interventional surgery.Method Clinical data of 80 patients with liver Cancer who received interventional therapy in our hospital from May 2021 to May 2023 were retrospectively analyzed, and Cancer Fatigue Scale (CFS) scores of patients with different clinical characteristics were analyzed. The correlation between cancer fatigue and anxiety and depression after interventional hepatocellular carcinoma was analyzed by Pearson correlation.Result The CFS scores of patients with disease course > 3 years, clinical stage Ⅲ~Ⅳ, anxiety and depression were significantly higher (P < 0.05). Correlation analysis showed that the degree of cancer-induced fatigue was positively correlated with the course of disease, clinical stage, anxiety and depression (P < 0.05).

Conclusion   The course of disease, clinical stage, anxiety and depression all affect the occurrence of cancer-related fatigue in patients with liver cancer after interventional surgery, and the above indexes are positively correlated with the degree of cancer-related fatigue after interventional surgery. In clinical diagnosis and treatment, the above indexes can be combined to further screen high-risk patients with cancer-related fatigue after surgery and take timely intervention measures.
