摘要

【摘要】
目的 探究共情式心理干预改善肺腺癌患者抑郁状态的效果，分析其对患者心理坚韧性的影响。

方法 采用随机数字表法将我院2021年5月～2022年5月期间收治的90例肺腺癌患者分为2组，各45例，对照组接受常规护理干预，观察组加用共情式心理干预，两组持续干预2个月，干预结束后采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表（Hamilton Depression Scale，HAMD）、汉密尔顿焦虑量表（Hamilton Anxiety Scale，HAMA）评价患者心理情绪，采用心理坚韧性量表评价患者心理坚韧性。

结果 干预后，观察组患者HAMD评分及HAMA评分均显著低于对照组（P<0.05）；干预后，观察组患者心理坚韧性评分明显升高，高于对照组（P<0.05）。

结论 共情式心理干预能显著改善肺腺癌患者抑郁状态，缓解患者负面情绪，同时还可培养患者心理坚韧性，值得临床推荐。

Objective To investigate the effect of empathic psychological intervention on improving the depressive state of patients with lung adenocarcinoma and its influence on their psychological resilience,

Methods: The study selected 90 patients with lung adenocarcinoma admitted to our hospital from May 2021 to May 2022 and divided them into two groups using a random number table. The control group received conventional nursing intervention, and the observation group received empathic psychological intervention. Both groups were interventions for 2 months. After the intervention, the Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD) and Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA) were used to evaluate the patients' psychological emotions, and the Psychological Resilience Scale was used to evaluate the patients' psychological resilience.

Results: After the intervention, the HAMD score and HAMA score of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P <0.05); After the intervention, the psychological resilience score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.05).

Conclusion  : Empathic psychological intervention can significantly improve the depressive state of patients with lung adenocarcinoma, alleviate their negative emotions, and enhance their psychological resilience. which is worthy of clinical recommendation.
