神经炎症在精神分裂症发病机制中的研究进展

摘要

精神分裂症是一种病因复杂的重型精神疾病,其高发病率和致残率给社会带来了沉重的负担。近年来,越来越多的研究揭示了神经炎症在精神分裂症的病理生理中扮演的关键角色。本文综合来自遗传学、动物模型和临床研究等方面的证据,旨在阐释神经炎症与精神分裂症之间的联系。文章探讨了神经炎症如何通过小胶质细胞和氧化应激参与到精神分裂症的病理过程,并总结了抗炎治疗在精神分裂症干预中可能起到的作用和抗精神病药物的抗炎作用,以期为精神分裂症未来的研究方向和治疗策略提供参考。

ABSTRACT

Schizophrenia is a severe mental disorder characterized by a complex etiology, with its high prevalence and associated disability creating a substantial societal burden. In recent years, an increasing body of research has unveiled the key role that neuroinflammation plays in the pathophysiology of schizophrenia. This article synthesizes evidence from genetics, animal models, and clinical studies to outline the interplay between neuroinflammation and schizophrenia. It explores how neuroinflammation contributes to the onset and development of schizophrenia, emphasizing mechanisms like microglial activation and oxidative stress. Furthermore, the review encapsulates the promising potential of anti-inflammatory treatments in intervening in schizophrenia, alongside the anti-inflammatory effects of antipsychotic drugs. This review is intended to serve as a reference for future research directions and therapeutic strategies for this intricate disease.
