摘要

【摘要】
目的 观察帕金森（Parkinson disease，PD）患者自我效能、照顾负担与患者负性情绪的关系。

方法 观察2022年6月~2025年1月在我院进行治疗的128例PD患者，根据医院焦虑抑郁量表（Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale，HADS）将患者分为PD组56例（HADS＜7分）及PD合并焦虑抑郁组72例（HADS≥7分）。比较两组一般自我效能感量表（General Self-Efficacy Scale，GSES）评分、Zarit照顾者负担量表（Zarit Caregiver Burden Interview，ZBI）评分、焦虑自评量表（Self-Rating Anxiety Scale，SAS）评分、抑郁自评量表（Self-Rating Depression Scale，SDS）评分，采用Pearson相关系数分析PD患者自我效能、照顾负担与患者负性情绪的关系。

结果 PD合并焦虑抑郁组GSES评分低于PD组，ZBI评分高于PD组（P＜0.05）；PD合并焦虑抑郁组SAS、SDS评分高于PD组（P＜0.05）；相关性分析显示，SAS、SDS评分与ZBI评分呈正相关，GSES评分呈负相关（P＜0.05）。

结论 PD患者自我效能、照顾负担与患者负性情绪相互影响，均会加重患者焦虑抑郁情绪。

ABSTRACT

【Abstract】
Objective To investigate the relationship between self-efficacy, caregiver burden, and negative emotions in patients with Parkinson’s disease (PD).

Methods A total of 128 PD patients treated in our hospital from June, 2022 to January, 2025 were observed. According to the Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale (HADS), the patients were divided into PD group with 56 cases (HADS < 7) and PD with anxiety and depression group with 72 cases (HADS≥7).The General Self-Efficacy Scale (GSES), Zarit Caregiver Burden Interview (ZBI), Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS), and Self-Rating Depression Scale (SDS) were used to assess and compare scores between the two groups. Pearson correlation coefficients were applied to analyze the relationships between self-efficacy, caregiver burden, and negative emotions in PD patients.

Results The GSES score of PD patients with anxiety and depression was lower than that of PD patients, and the ZBI score was higher than that of PD patients (P < 0.05). The scores of SAS and SDS in PD patients with anxiety and depression were higher than those in PD patients (P<0.05). Correlation analysis revealed that SAS and SDS scores were positively correlated with ZBI scores and negatively correlated with GSES scores (P<0.05). 

Conclusion   Self-efficacy, caregiver burden, and negative emotions in PD patients interact with each other, collectively exacerbating anxiety and depressive symptoms.
