摘要

【摘要】
目的 探讨产后抑郁与血清25羟维生素D3（25 hydroxyvitamin D,25(OH)D3）、S100B钙结合蛋白(S100 calcium binding protein B,S100B)、神经肽Y(neuropeptide Y,NPY)水平的关系。

方法 纳入2023年1月-2024年6月200例产妇，通过汉密顿抑郁量表17项评估其产后抑郁情绪，设产后抑郁组与无产后抑郁组。比较两组一般资料，检测血清25(OH)D3、S100B、NPY水平，采用Logistic 回归分析产后抑郁的相关因素。

结果 产后抑郁组30例，无产后抑郁组170例，产后抑郁组年龄、新生儿住院比例高于无产后抑郁组，孕周低于无产后抑郁组，以上差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05），居住地、学历差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；产后抑郁组血清25(OH)D3、NPY水平低于无产后抑郁组，S100B高于无产后抑郁组，以上差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；新生儿住院、25(OH)D3、NPY、S100B是产后抑郁的相关因素，（P<0.05）。

结论 产后抑郁与血清D,25(OH)D3、NPY、S100B具有显著的相关性。

ABSTRACT

[Abstract]
Objective To explore the relationship between postpartum depression and serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D3 (25(OH)D3), S100 calcium binding protein B (S100B), and neuropeptide Y (NPY) levels.

Methods A total of 200 women who had given birth between January 2023 and June 2024 were enrolled. Postpartum depression was assessed using the hamilton depression scale 17 items. A postpartum depression group and a non-postpartum depression group were established. General information was compared between the two groups. Serum 25(OH)D3, S100B, and NPY levels were measured. Logistic regression was used to analyze the associated factors for postpartum depression.

Results There were 30 patients in the postpartum depression group and 170 patients in the non-postpartum depression group. The postpartum depression group had higher age and neonatal hospitalization rates, and lower gestational age than the non-postpartum depression group，the above differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). There were no statistically significant differences in place of residence or educational level (P > 0.05). The postpartum depression group had lower serum 25(OH)D3 and NPY levels, and higher S100B levels than the non-postpartum depression group，the above differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Neonatal hospitalization, 25(OH)D3, NPY, and S100B were associated with postpartum depression (P < 0.05).

Conclusion   Postpartum depression is significantly correlated with serum D,25(OH)D3, NPY, and S100B.
