摘要

【摘要】
目的 分析慢性牙髓炎患者的睡眠质量现状及其与焦虑、抑郁症状的相关性，为临床综合治疗提供心理干预依据。

方法 纳入并分析我院就诊的130例慢性牙髓炎患者作为研究对象，选例时间为2023年1月至2025年1月，将其设为研究组，同期招募100例口腔健康志愿者作为对照组。比较两组研究对象及匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表（Pittsburgh sleep quality index，PSQI）评分、广泛性焦虑障碍量表（generalized anxiety disorder scale, GAD-7）评分和健康问卷抑郁量表（Patient Health Questionnaire-9，PHQ-9）评分，相关性分析慢性牙髓炎患者睡眠质量与焦虑、抑郁症状的关系。

结果 两组研究对象在性别、年龄、体质量指数、文化程度等基线资料方面比较无显著差异（P＞0.05）。研究组PSQI总分及各维度评分（除催眠药物）、GAD-7评分、PHQ-9评分均显著高于对照组（P＜0.05）。相关性分析表明，慢性牙髓炎患者PSQI总分与GAD-7评分、PHQ-9评分均呈显著正相关（P＜0.05）。

结论 慢性牙髓炎患者普遍存在睡眠质量下降及焦虑、抑郁情绪，且睡眠障碍程度与焦虑、抑郁症状严重程度呈显著正相关。

ABSTRACT

【Abstract】
Objective To analyze the current sleep quality of patients with chronic pulpitis and its correlation with anxiety and depression symptoms, in order to provide a basis for psychological intervention in clinical comprehensive treatment.

Methods A total of 130 patients with chronic pulpitis who visited our hospital were included and analyzed as the research subjects. The selection period was from January 2023 to January 2025. They were set as the research group, while 100 healthy volunteers from the same period were recruited as the control group. Compare the two groups of research subjects and the scores of the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI), the Generalized Anxiety Disorder Scale (GAD-7), and the Patient Health Questionnaire-9 (PHQ-9) of the subjects. Conduct a correlation analysis to explore the relationship between the sleep quality of patients with chronic pulpitis and their symptoms of anxiety and depression.

Results There were no significant differences in baseline data such as gender, age, body mass index, and educational level between the two groups of research subjects (P>0.05). The total PSQI score and the scores of each dimension (excluding the hypnotic drugs) of the research group, as well as the GAD-7 score and the PHQ-9 score, were all significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). The correlation analysis showed that the total PSQI score of patients with chronic pulpitis was significantly positively correlated with the GAD-7 score and the PHQ-9 score (P<0.05).

Conclusion   Patients with chronic pulpitis generally experience a decline in sleep quality, along with anxiety and depression. Moreover, the severity of sleep disorders is significantly positively correlated with the severity of anxiety and depression symptoms.
