摘要

【摘要】
目的 总结消化性溃疡患者的社会心理特点，研究社会心理刺激对消化性溃疡患者的负面情绪影响。

方法 以近2年来我院收治的80例消化性溃疡患者为观察组，并将同期行体检的健康人群80例作为对照组，使用症状自评量表SCL90、心理防御方式问卷和社会支持评定量表对患者的社会心理进行分析总结。

结果 观察组在心理防御方式、人格、社会支持等心理因素上的缺陷相比对照组更为突出，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05），习惯于采用不成熟的心理防御方式、过度掩饰、精神病性、社会支持利用和敌对造成消化性溃疡发病的危险因素（P＜0.01）。

结论 心理社会因素对消化性溃疡有着明显的影响，对这类患者进行心理干预可能会成为预防和治疗消化性溃疡的有效措施之一。

ABSTRACT

Abstract：
Objective To summarize the social psychological characteristics of patients with peptic ulcer, and to study the influence of social psychological stimulation on the negative emotion of patients with peptic ulcer.

Methods The past 2 years, 80 cases of peptic ulcer patients in our hospital as the observation group, and healthy people underwent physical examination in 80 cases as control group, using symptom checklist SCL90 and psychological defense style questionnaire and social support rating scale for patients with social psychological analysis.

Results Observation of defects in group psychological defense styles, personality, social support and psychological factors are more prominent compared to the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05), tend to use immature psychological defense style, conceal, psychotism, using social support and hostile danger caused by peptic ulcer the factors (P < 0.01).

Conclusion   Psychological and social factors have obvious effects on peptic ulcer, and it may be one of the effective measures to prevent and treat peptic ulcer.
